These meads are made using only the three traditional ingredients: honey, water, and yeast, creating the world's oldest known form of alcohol.

Our flagship mead | 6 oz pour | 12% alc./vol • This dark wildflower honey is left in the hives until the end of September, which allows the honey to oxidise in the hives, yielding an increase in vitamin and mineral content, and representing a full spectrum of pollens from local tree, shrub & flower nectars. Enjoy a rich, caramel nose and a crisp, dry finish.

Our meadmaker's choice | 3 oz or 6 oz pour | 19% alc./vol • Made from a summer-harvested mountain honey with a light, floral flavour, and reddish-copper hue, pollinated from a wide variety of early-blooming summer trees, bushes, and wildflowers. The Beast mead is aged twice as long as the first two, resulting in a rich and full-bodied mead with a fortified abv.

The Champagne of Meads | 12 oz pour | 6% alc./vol • This mead comes from an award-winning light and bright sourwood honey. Harvested in early spring at high elevation on the Appalachian Trail, this is a single-varietal pollen collected from the blooms of the indigenous Tennessee Sourwood Tree. Enjoy tasting notes of peony, rice chex, and a hint of anise.
